Do you already know the project Fast Track?
Fast Track is an Erasmus+ project that intends to help adults successfully navigate a constantly evolving labour market through advice and information on job and training opportunities by offering career support to individuals, with ready-to-use training tools and resources.
To achieve the proposed goals, the consortium of FAST TRACK developed the MOVE UP – MOOC for developing the Career management skills (CMS) of adults. The Course intends to serve as a reference point for individuals and career guidance practitioners for the most essential career competencies, especially young people between 25-40 years old.
The MOOC is constituted by:
- a set of 12 modules, available in PDF documents.
- 1 video per modules, 12 in total.
- 1 Tips Sheet per module, 12 in total.
- 1 Practical Activities, 12 in total.
- 1 Self-Assessment per module, 12 in total.
